Excellent location for exploring the city, but the bathroom could use better lighting. Loved renting bikes for nearby parks.

10/10
Y’all, we had us a lovely stay! The room was real spacious with a cute balcony to catch the city buzz. The staff? Just as sweet as a Georgia peach, especially when they helped us find that perfect little tapas spot. Don’t miss the short stroll to the cathedrals!

The location near the Old Town is fantastic, allowing easy access to historical sights and restaurants. The room was spacious with comfortable bedding, and I appreciated the excellent water pressure in the shower. English-speaking staff were helpful and shared great local tips. I liked the complimentary bike rental, making it fun to explore the nearby Turia Park. However, the breakfast felt a bit chaotic. there weren't enough tables, and the food didn't stay warm. I also found the Wi-Fi connection to be unreliable at times. Though I enjoyed my stay overall, these aspects could use some improvement.

Not exactly what I expected
Staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was big, bright, and clean with two balconies.
Persistent unpleasant drain smell and inconsistent cleanliness affected our comfort.

This place suits me perfectly with amenities like air conditioning, 24-hour reception, and free wi-fi. During my first stay, the staff helped me find transport, which I remember fondly. I recommend trying the foot massage. I'll be back for a business trip!

I really enjoyed my stay at this lovely hotel! The spa treatments were a perfect way to unwind, and I loved spending time in the cozy leisure room. The only downside was that the bathroom lighting could be better, but it didn't hinder my experience. 😌
